Immacula Joseph Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Immacula Joseph better known as “Ima” by her loved ones, was born November 30th, 1947, in Cavaillon Haiti to Lise Lafontant and Miguel Joseph. She was deeply treasured by all especially her family who loved her dearly. Immacula lived a full life both in Haiti and the United States. As a young adult Ima was a dedicated business woman traveling all across the Caribbean Island of Haiti, until she immigrated and settled in Miami, Fl in the late 1980’s. Ima was also a courageous woman who worked hard non- stop to bring her family including all of her children to the United States to be by her side and to have the opportunity to pursue their own dreams and aspirations. Ima was a devoted catholic regularly attending Notre Dame d'Haiti Catholic Church where she was a member and a joined the groupe “JMC” until she fell ill. On Thursday June 23, 2022, at 2:25 pm our magnificent warrior Immacula went home to the Lord to rest in peace after fighting this long battle for the last 10 years. Ima is survived by her two siblings Rose and Odette Joseph; her children, Nerlande Joseph, Max Joseph, Aglaee Theogene, Frederic Theogene, Josue Theogene, Christelle D. Joseph. Her grandchildren, Richardson Gaston, Richekov Oscard, Frederic Jr Theogene, Tony Joseph Jr., Clarens Joseph, Yavens Joseph, Cllarens Joseph, Soraya Chalotin, Isaiah Medy, Bryson and Leilah Theogene. Immacula was predeceased by loving her parents, may they continue to rest in eternal peace.
