Schnider Prudhomme

With deep sadness, we say goodbye to Schnider Prudhomme, a son, a brother, a friend, and his favorite role, a loving father. At the age of 32, he left the world too soon. In Miami, Florida, on November 6, 1991, Schnider was born to parents Josette Duverne and Rousseau Prudhomme. He was one of five children: Carly, Kenia, Rusiane, and Samuel. As a child, he was known for his hyper and energetic spirit which led to a love of basketball and football at a young age. Despite his love for sports, he had an even greater love for his siblings. Schnider found joy in growing up with his siblings in the Miami and North Miami areas. Schnider was the nephew of Emmanuella Duverne, Herline Duverne, Arlette Frederick, Yvonnette Calixte, Norman Duverne, Levert Prudhomme, Apolon Prudhomme, Walax Prudhomme, Paula Prudhomme, Wally Prudhomme, Fescue Prudhomme and Maxi Prudhomme. He was loved and adore by many of his cousins from both sides of the family. Schnider would attend Phyllis R. Miller Elementary School, Horace Mann Middle School, and North Miami Middle School. Later, like many other relatives, he would graduate as a proud pioneer of North Miami Sr. High School. Along with being high spirited, Schnider’s work history was a testament of his dedication and commitment to providing for his family. At the tender age of fourteen, he began working at a local pizza restaurant called Steve’s Pizza. Thus, from his early years working at Steve’s Pizza to his later years as a security guard, Schnider demonstrated admirable values of reliability, diligence, and willingness to put the well-being of his family first. Schnider fathered his three greatest joys: Javon, Sanai, and Schnider Jr. The light of his eyes, Schnider is survived by his three children: Javon Prudhomme, Sanai Prudhomme, and Schnider Jr. Prudhomme. He is also survived by his mother, Josette Duverne; long-time girlfriend Roxanne Harris; siblings: Carly Varis, Kenia Prudhomme, Rusiane Prudhomme, and Samuel Prudhomme. Furthermore, Schnider leaves behind a multitude of extended family, friends, and companions that will greatly miss his physical presence and cherish his memories.
