Jacqueline Dugue-Newbold

A precious one from us has gone, a voice we love is stilled, a place is vacant in our home which never can be filled. After a lonely heartache and many a silent tear, but always a beautiful memory of one we love so dear. Jacqueline Dugue, the daughter of the late Jean-Pierre Dugue and Anezilia Florisca was born on August 4, 1937, in Cap-Haitienne, Haiti. Her fondest childhood memory was playing the game of Oslet. Her earliest ambition was becoming a seamstress because she enjoyed sewing. Jacqueline would eventually set out on a quest to find a better life for her and her children. Jacqueline left her children in Haiti with her family and moved to the Bahamas. Once an opportunity presented itself, Jacqueline moved to Miami, Florida in 1973. She worked as a housekeeper and a seamstress. She would later marry the late Mr. Harold Newbold. She worked endlessly and effortlessly to bring all her children to the United States. Jacqueline enjoyed spending time with her family and going to church. Her proudest moment is being able to see all her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, together and she got a chance to live out her dreams of becoming a seamstress. After a long two years of battling multiple ailments, on September 18, 2023, Mrs. Jacqueline Dugue-Newbold was called to be with the Lord. The Lord said it was time for her to be at peace. So, she let go of her earthly vessel to take up her wings and soar with our most high God. She leaves behind her children: Mona Dugue, Herold Dugue, Renard Dugue, Esmae Dugue, the late James Dugue, and Donna Newbold; bonus children: Dorvelus Nemorin, Patrick Nemorin, Ivan and Ivory Nemorin, Alex Mondesir; her grandchildren: Nadia Dugue, Linda Rivert, Harold Dugue Jr., Jasmine Dugue, Jassen Dugue, Jennifer Dugue, Jamilson Dugue, Renard Dugue Jr., Justin Dugue, Patricia Alcime, Wilson Boue Jr., the late Christopher Jonathas, Jaden Moise, Desmond Dugue, Akire Greene, Jaden Ogletree, Jahmarii Wilson; bonus grandchildren: London-Marie Nemorin, Lylah Nemorin, Maddox Nemorin, Avery Nemorin, Jermaine Nemorin, Ivey Nemorin, Tyler Nemorin, Elie Nemorin; her great grandchildren: Elijah Dugue, Ryan Marcelin; Her Brothers: Josue Dugue and Isnord Joseph, and a host of family and friends.
