Idora Alcime

Idora Alcime was born on Monday, December 31, 1945, in LaPointe Des Palmiste, Haiti to Bonet Alcime (Father) and Franchilia Predelus (Mother). She had multiple siblings and is survived by one, Avilee Alcime (Sister). Idora migrated to the Bahamas in the 1970’s where she birthed two sons Bertil Belidor and Henry Belidor. She relocated to Miami, Florida in 1980 where she birthed two additional sons, Rodney Belidor and Armos Belidor and a daughter, Alexandria Belidor. Idora gave her life to the Lord at a young age and was a member of NWB Church Growing for God for over a decade under the leadership of Sr. Pastor David L. Chase. She was known to everyone as a loving and caring person and a mighty prayer warrior. Idora’s door was always open and if you needed a place to eat or rest, you were always welcomed into her home. As the empress of the family Idora was the blueprint for her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted mother to many, grandmother to all and enjoyed spending quality time with her family. God called Idora home on Thursday, June 8, 2023, surrounded by family and loved ones. She is survived by her daughter Alexandria; sons: Bertil, Henry, Rodney, Armos; daughter in-law Porsche Belidor and son in-law Corey McCloud; grandchildren: Leonidus Belidor, Xavier Belidor, Nevaeh Belidor, Adonis Belidor, Brielle Belidor, Nathaniel Henry Jr., Martavius Davis, and Du’Ryai Green; extended children: Danyo Gabriel, Michael, and Jean Paul Descolline, Jessie Labossiere, Marie D’Aout and Julius Suttun and family; extended family and best friends: Watson, Yvonne, Belidor family, Obsaint family, Seratile Janvier and family; God-children: Promise Tanis, Roselyn Jacqlouis, Albert Alcime; nieces: Francoise and Emile Tanis and family; cousins: Maude, Dr. Mozart, Mona, Myrtha, Mathias, Madsen, Marcelle Chérubin and family, Mahalia and Andrew Carry and family, Satane Germain and family, Vilner, Jean Robert Alcime and family, Clervanie Timothee and family, Bethany Augustave and family, Francilia Germain and family, Velnat Alcime and family, Eramana PierreLouis and family, Janette Etienne and family, Belinda Germain and family, Thomson Tanis and family, Philippe Auguste and family, Alianne Therrie and family, Morange Therrie and family, Levicaire Leveille and family, Rigobert Leveille and family, Elifaite Predelus and family, Mary Acedene Saintilmond and family; and Idora also leaves behind a host of additional relatives and friends. She is loved and will be missed!
